1. Do not buy a universal remote for this, it wont work. We promise.
Normally we offer a Universal remote which is very cheap to give you a good cheap solution to solve your problem. However the Truma Saphir Caravan Remote does not work with any Universal Air Conditioner Remote on the market.
2. Only purchase this remote if your old remote says SAPHIR on it
It must say TRUMA Saphir on the front of the Remote.
If it says Remote for Truma Aventa click Truma Aventa Remote
So therefore we have 2 options for your AC
1 - An official remote £299
2 - £100 An alternative Remote which arrives ready to use, and cannot be un programmed. As our alternative is manufactured to work with all Truma Saphir Caravan Remotes.
